Adjustable pitch molded blades

Block dimensions to obtain a mold for relative pitch propeller blade Pr:
Pr = absolute pitch / propeller diameter
e = arbitrary dimension
Pr = 1.3 ; average value in the case of an adjustable pitch propeller
D = propeller diameter
b = e π / Pr

- Cut 2 blades from wood 1,5 mm and give the appropriate profil using sand paper
- wet one blade each time put the wet blade over the mold and and wrap it with elastic bandage, let it dry
- make a slit in each blade and glue the bamboo dowel in it using epoxi
- adjust the bambou dowel to fit into the plastic tube
- if it is loose add some cotton strand to the dowel to make it adjust tighted.

Note: finish the hub adapting one of the 3 options A, B, C accordingly.
